3. Approval and Processing of Refunds:
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
4. Exceptions:
- Refunds are not available for eBooks purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code, unless the product is found to be defective or not as described.
- In cases where an eBook is found to be defective or not as described, please contact us with detailed information, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement eBook or issuing a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind after download.
- Technical issues on your device that prevent you from accessing the eBook, unless these issues are directly related to the eBook file provided by us.
